Description
NEW This repair kit for a washer valve without a coil comes in two styles as shown in the photos. The kits are sold individually. One kit has a copper plunger and the other kit has a stainless steel plunger. Each kit comes with a plunger, screen, armature, spring, diaphragm, and gasket. The armature in the copper kit has ridges, and the armature in the stainless steel kit is smooth. The unit measures:
The plunger for both kits is 1 5/16″ long, and has an overall outer diameter of 1″. The stem has an outer diameter of 9/32″, and an inner diameter of 1/4″.
The metal screen for the copper kit has an outer diameter of 13/16″, and is 13/32″ high. The metal screen for the stainless steel kit has an outer diameter of 13/16″, and is 7/16″ high.
The stainless steel armature for both kits is 15/16″ long, and has an outer diameter of 3/16″.
The metal spring for the copper kit is 9/16″ long, and has an outer diameter of 3/16″. The metal spring for the stainless steel kit is 5/8″ long, and has an outer diameter of 3/16″.
The rubber diaphragm for both kits has an outer diameter of 1 1/32″, and is 1/4″ high.
The rubber gasket for the copper kit has an outer diameter of 1″ without the ears, is 1 1/32″ wide with the ears, has an inner diameter of 11/16″, and is 1/8″ high. The rubber gasket for the stainless steel kit has an outer diameter of 1″ without the ears, is 1 1/16″ wide with the ears, has an inner diameter of 11/16″, and is 1/8″ high.
