USED These cylinders are made of plastic. They are 24″ tall w/hook. The cylinder itself has a outside diameter of 3″. The handle attached to the cylinder is 6″ wide and 5 1/2″ tall without the hook. One (1) of the cylinders is missing the hook. There is a pulley kit inside of the cylinders, which will need new rope. The Surge part number is unknown.
