NEW This Westfalia major rebuild kit is for either an Auto-Pulse or a Stimo-Pulse system and can be used with an M, P, or Z unit.
The kit consists of:
Three red silicone discs – 1″ outside diameter by 1/16″ high with stainless steel insert discs 3/4′ outside diameter by 1/8″ inside diameter by 1/16″ high.
Two rubber diaphragms – 3/4″ outside diameter by 1/8″ high by 1/16″ inside diameter center hole.
One black rubber diaphragm with tab – 3/4″ outside diameter by 1/8″ high with tab 1/4″ wide by 1/16″ high.
Two green hard plastic discs – 3/8″ outside diameter by 1/16″ inside diameter by 1/32 high with 1/64″ slit from outer edge to center hole.
Two O rings: small O ring – 1/4″ outside diameter by 1/32″ thick, large O ring – 7/16″ outside diameter by 1/16″ thick,
Four round black rubber gaskets – 3/8″ outside diameter by 3/16″ inside diameter by 1/16″ high.
Three flat black rubber gaskets – 2″ long by 1-3/8″ wide overall by 1/16″ high (one has rectangle shaped cutouts with various diameter holes, one has 5/8″ inside diameter cutouts with 1/4″ inside diameter by 1/4″ long tab, and, one has various diameter holes with additional tab 1-1/4″ wide tapering to 3/4″ long by 1/2″ wide).
One dark gray hard plastic rectangle piece – 2-1/8″ long by 1-15/16″ wide by 3/16″ high overall with two molded indentations 5/8″ outside diameter by 1/4″ inside diameter by 1/16″ depth. Tabs – 1/4″ inside diameter holes by 3/16″ high. Two hard white plastic attachments – 3/8″ outside diameter by 1/4″ high with stainless steel springs inside the attachment.
