NEW This 3″ stainless steel milk cooler valve lock will work with a tank or a silo. The valve lock measures:

The valve lock is 1 5/16″ long overall, with an outer diameter of 1 1/2″.

The center has an inner diameter of 11/16″.

The three knobs are 1/4″ long on both straight sides and are 3/16″ high.

The cutout is 1 5/16″ long by 11/16″ wide. The ends are 1/2″ deep, and the center is 3/8″ deep.

The Mueller part number is 8825517.
