Pasteurizer Package

Description

USED  This pasteurizer was used for less than a year by the seller and is in excellent shape.  It includes: pasteurizer with parts package, scale and sediment filter, table for the pasteurizer and tank on a cart. The description of each product is listed below. Pictures are in order as of the product listing.

Pasteurizer:   The pasteurizer is made of plastic and metal. It has a  measurement of 32″ length, 22″ width and a 25″ height. The waste water outlet has a  1 1/2″ outside dimension and an inside dimension of 1 1/8″. The cold water inlet has an outside dimension of 1″ and an inside dimension of 3/4″. The specifications are: single phase 50/60 hertz, 220-240 volts, and 30 amperes. The specification for three phase is 50/60 hertz, 208Y or 220-240(triangle) or 380-415Y, 15 amperes. The serial number is 04707.

Stainless Steel Table:  The table that the pasteurizer is sitting on is 4′ long by 2′ wide by 25″ high. The bottom shelf is galvanized.  It measures 40 1/4″ long by 16 1/4″ wide. The table top has a capacity of 600 pounds and the bottom shelf has a capacity of 450 pounds.

Parts package for the pasteurizer:    In the parts package is a 6′ black hose with a 1 11/16″ outside dimension, and  a 1 5/8″ inside dimension. There are large blue calf nipples, and smaller white calf nipples. There is a funnel, hose clamps, rubber tubing and also hard plastic tubes. Also included is a box of bags that say 500 pieces, this box is not full but would estimate it at half full or better.

Scale and sediment filter: The sediment filter is made of stainless steel and plastic. It is 12″ long  by 5 3/4″ wide by 24 3/4″ tall. The barrels by themself are 20 1/2″ tall.

Tank with cart:  The tank is not part of the original package.  It was a convenience added by the original owner.  The tank and cart are made of stainless steel and galvanized steel. The length of the tank is 52 3/4″, width 34 3/4″ and height 27 3/4″. With the cart the height is 38 1/2″. The handle on the cart extends 7 1/4″ beyond the tank. When facing the front of the valve on the tank the nipple on the left has a length of 1 15/16″. The nipple on the right has a length of 1 1/4″. Both of these nipples have an outside diameter of 1 1/2″, and an inside diameter of 1 3/8″. The valve outlet is 6″ long. The cover handles are 2 1/4″ tall.  The cover has been repaired and by looking at the pictures you can see that the cover does not fit perfectly.
