USED This is a Surge bare clamp-on stallcock base with double electrical connections and no ground tab. It measures 2 1/2″ long, and 2″ wide with a 7/8″ inside diameter connection hole. Does not include plastic insulator or plastic white knob. This stallcock was used with the Surge Activator, but the Surge part number is not known.
