USED Ferruling Tools – Multiple Pieces – Sold All Together

Description

USED  EXPANDING TOOLS  There are three sizes of USED Expanding Tools.  The tools will be listed as Large, Medium, and Small for purposes of describing tool size.

LARGE:  The large tool has 5 rollers and expands pipe from 2-3/4″ to 3″ in diameter.  There are two large tools.  The overall length of the tapered rod is 13-1/2″. The chuck shank measures 3/4″ square by 1-1/4″ long.

MEDIUM:  The medium tool has 3 rollers and expands pipe from 1-13/16″ to 2″ in diameter. There is one medium tool.  The overall length of the tapered rod is 12″.  The chuck shank measures 3/4″ square by 2″ long.

SMALL:  The small tool has 3 rollers and expands pipe from 1-5/16″ to 1-1/2″ in diameter.  There is one small tool.  The overall length of the tapered rod is 9-1/2″.   The chuck shank measures 1/2″ square by 1″ long.

USED ROLLING BLOCKS  There are several different sizes of blocks.  The Blocks will be listed by size from the largest inside diameter block to the smallest inside diameter block.   The largest block has an extra ring.  Two of the blocks are missing one-half of the block and one of the blocks is missing the ring.

3″ DIAMETER PIPE ROLLING BLOCK, (EXTRA RING):  This metal Rolling Block is 6″ wide by by 6″ long by 2″ high.  The rolling block has an inside diameter of 4″, is threaded to a depth of 1/2″, and has 8 threads per inch.  The rolling block ring has a 4-1/4″ outside diameter by 3″ inside diameter by 5/8″ wide by 11/16″ thick.  The ring tightener holes are 3/16″ in diameter.

2″ DIAMETER PIPE ROLLING BLOCK , (RING MISSING):   This metal Rolling Block is 4″ wide by 4″ long by 1-3/4″ high.  The rolling block has an inside diameter of 3″, is threaded to a depth of 5/8″, and has 16 threads per inch.  The rolling block ring is missing.

2″ DIAMETER PIPE ROLLING BLOCK, (1/2 BLOCK MISSING):  This metal Rolling Block is 4″ wide by 2″ long by 2″ high.  One-half of the rolling block is missing.  The rolling block has an inside diameter of 3″, is threaded to a depth of 1/2″, and has 8 threads per inch.  The rolling block ring has a 3″ outside diameter by 2″ inside diameter by 5/8″ wide by 3/4″ thick.  The ring tightener holes are 3/16″ in diameter.

1-1/2″ DIAMETER PIPE ROLLING BLOCK, (1/2 BLOCK MISSING):  This metal Rolling Block is 4″ wide by 2″ long by 2″ high.  One-half of the rolling block is missing.  The rolling block has an inside diameter of 2-1/2″, is threaded to a depth of 1/2″, and has 8 threads per inch.  The rolling block ring has a 2″ outside diameter by 1-1/2″ inside diameter by 5/8″ wide by 3/4″ thick.  The ring tightener holes are 3/16″ in diameter.

USED PIPE SAW VICES/GUIDES  There are several sizes of pipe saw vices/guides.  The Pipe Saw Vices/Guides will be listed by size from largest diameter to smallest diameter.    Two of the pipe saw vices/guides are modified (welded pieces added to the pipe saw vices/guides).

3″ DIAMETER PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE:  This metal Pipe Saw Vice/Guide has an inside diameter of 3″ by 4-1/2″ outside diameter by 2″ high by 3/4″ wide.

3″ DIAMETER PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE, (WITH METAL PIPE PIECE):  This metal Pipe Saw Vice/Guide has an inside diameter of 3″ by 4-1/2″ outside diameter by 2″ high by 3/4″ wide.  This pipe saw vice/guide has a pipe on the outside diameter of the piece.  The pipe is 1-1/8″ outside diameter by 7/8″ inside diameter by 1-1/8″ high.  The pipe saw vice/guide has a clamp bolt.  The bolt is bent.  The bolt is 2-1/4″ long by 1/4″ diameter with 1/4-20 threads.

2″ DIAMETER PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE, (WITH HOLE IN SIDE):  This metal Pipe Saw Vice/Guide has an inside diameter of 2″ by 3-1/2″ outside diameter by 1-1/2″ high by 3/4″ wide.  The vice/guide has a hole in the side.  The hole has an inside diameter of 1/2″.  There is a 1/4″ set screw hole with 1/4-20 threads.  The vice/guide has a clamp bolt.   The bolt is 2-1/4″ long by 1/4″ diameter with 1/4-20 threads.

1-3/4″ PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE, (2″ MODIFIED TO 1-3/4″ WITH WELDED INSERTED PIPE):  This metal Pipe Saw Vice/Guide has an inside diameter of 1-3/4″ by 3-1/2″ outside diameter by 1-1/4 high by 15/16″ wide.  This vice/guide was modified by welding a piece of pipe to reduce the 2″ inside diameter to 1-3/4″ inside diameter (see image).

1-1/2″ PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE (THERE ARE 3 PIECES OF THIS VICE/GUIDE):  These 3 metal Pipe Saw Vices/Guides have an inside diameter of 1-1/2″ by 3″ outside diameter by  1-1/2″ high by 3/4″ wide.

1-1/2″ PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE:  This metal Pipe Saw Vice/Guide has an inside diameter of 1-3/4″ by 3″ outside diameter by 1-1/2″ high by 3/4″ wide.  This vice/guide has a clamp bolt and knurled nut.  The clamp bolt is 2-1/4″ long by 1/4″ diameter with 1/4-20 threads.  The knurled nut is 1-1/4″ outside diameter by 1/4″ inside diameter by 1/4″ high by 1″ overall length.

1-1/2″ PIPE SAW VICE/GUIDE, (MODIFIED WITH WELDED PIPE NIPPLE):  This metal Pipe Saw Vice/Guide has an inside diameter of 1-1/2″ by 3″ outside diameter by 1-1/2″ high by 3/4″ wide.  The galvanized pipe nipple welded onto the vice/guide has an outside diameter of 1″ by 3/4″ inside diameter by 1-1/4″ long.

USED FLARING TOOL FOR BULK TANK HOLE  This metal Bulk Tank Hole Flaring Tool has an overall dimension of 3-1/2″ wide by 3-1/2″ long by 3″ high.  The base is 3-1/2″ wide by 3-1/2″ long by 3/8″ high.  The round flaring hub on the base is 3″ outside diameter by 2-1/4″ inside diameter by 2-5/8″ high.  The flaring cone inside the flaring hub is 1-5/8″ outside diameter tapering to 7/8″ outside diameter by 11/16″ inside diameter by 2-1/8″ high.  The flaring tool bolt has an outside diameter of 5/8″ by 7″ length with 5/8-11 thread.  The nut is 1″ hexagon. The washer  has an outside diameter of 1-3/4″ by 11/16″ inside diameter.

USED PIPE HOLDER BRACKETS (2 with 1-3/4″ inside diameter, 1 with 2-1/4″ inside diameter)  All three of these metal Pipe Holder Brackets are 4″ wide by 4″ long by 1″ high.  Two of the brackets have an inside diameter of 1-3/4″ and one of the brackets has an inside diameter of 2-1/4″.

USED V-TIGHTENER TOOLS  These metal V-Tightener Tools arms measure 8″ long by 1/2″ wide by 3/16″ thick.  The posts on the tool have a outside diameter of 3-16″ by 5/16″ long.  These are used for tightening the Ring on the Rolling Blocks.

USED REAMING TOOL  This metal Reaming Tool has an overall length of 3-3/4″.  The reaming tip is 2″ long by 1-3/8″ outside diameter tapered to 1/4″ outside diameter.   The welded nut is 15/16″ with 5/8-11 thread.

USED NICHOLSON FILES  There are two Nicholson Files.  One of the files is a flat file and the other is a half-round file.  The flat file is a 10″ Mill File – Bastard Cut.  The flat file measures 10″ without the tang, is 15/16″ wide by 5/32″ thick and has two single cut edges.  The half-round file is a 8″ Mill File * Bastard Cut.  The half-round file measures 8″ long without the tang by 3/4″ wide by 13/64″ thick and has two double cut edges.

USED RUBBER SLEEVE  This rubber sleeve measures 2-1/16″ outside diameter tapering to 1-5/16″ outside diameter by 1-1/2″ inside by 1-1/4″ high.  The thickness of the rubber sleeve is 5/16″ on top and tapers to 1/8″ on the bottom.
