Warranties

Each product listed on the Dairy Train site has a specific warranty. If no warranty is listed an out-of-the-box warranty will apply.

Out of The Box Warranty

Buyers shall have a fifteen-day return privilege on all parts. If the part was misidentified by Dairy Train, return shipping shall be at Dairy Train’s expense. If a part does not work and it is not the type Dairy Train tests, shipping will be paid by the buyer. In general, all shipping and handling of parts from Dairy Train to the buyer will also be paid by the buyer. There will be a 25% restocking charge for returned items.

30 Day Limited Warranty

This product is warranted to be operational for thirty days from the date that it is received by the buyer. Misuse or abuse of the product shall void the warranty. To claim the warranty, Dairy Train must be contacted, and the product must be returned within 10 days.

Overview

 

All items must be inspected within 15 days of receipt.  If there is any question about the product Dairy Train must be contacted within those 15 days.  If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

 

 

Sale items

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and closeouts cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges and returns

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if we have the same item in stock. If you need an exchange or return your product contact us before you send your item to N18643 State Road 93, Galesville, WI 54630.  Items returned without authorization will be considered a donation to Dairy Train and no money will be refunded. 

 

 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

Shipping

Carriers: We ship with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).  We also use Spee Dee Delivery, if within their covered area.   This is determined at the point of shipment.  We ship the least expensive and most reliable carrier.

Processing time
We generally prepare your shipment within 3 to 20 business days.  This can vary depending on the product.  Some products are tailored to your request.  This can extend the order processing time. For custom orders we can provide an estimated lead time prior to your order. Should you have any questions or other requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping outside the United States
Buyers will be responsible for any customs, tariffs and import taxes that may apply. We will provide a shipping and processing estimate prior to ordering if requested. Note: We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options
Payment can be done by credit card or business check.  We use PayPal for our credit card option.  We will accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. PayPal will keep your payment information secure.

Refunds

Our refund and return policies are for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
